Festival Pre-Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Pre-booking is now live! Orders placed for delivery within Chennai will be delivered between September 1st and 4th.
2. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on August 31st for delivery outside Chennai will be delivered within an estimated 4–6 days, subject to the delivery location.
3. The actual delivery timeline may vary depending on the distance and location of delivery.
4. Confirmed orders will be dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
5. The company shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Delivery charges, wherever applicable, will be additional and shall be borne by the customer.
